The establishment of the Digital Law Teaching and Research Center at the School of Law of Renmin University of China is carried out under the goal of actively responding to the strategic needs of the Party and the State, against the background of responding to the needs of the construction of digital China, especially the construction of the digital rule of law, and on the basis of a careful study of the laws of the development of the discipline of digital law. The construction of the discipline of digital jurisprudence, which is closely linked to China's national strategy, is an important mission and responsibility for the development of the discipline of jurisprudence under the dual strategic framework of the construction of digital China and the construction of China's rule of law.

This conference focuses on the major theoretical and practical issues in the development of digital rule of law, with the goal of accelerating the construction of the three major systems of digital jurisprudence disciplinary system, academic system and discourse system, and discussing the future of digital jurisprudence in depth.
