Prof. Cheng Lei, Vice Dean of Renmin University of China School of Law, presided over the seminar. Zhang Xiaojin, Director of the Fourth Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Du Huanfang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China School of Law, and Zhang Jiping, Director of Beijing Haiwen Law Firm, delivered speeches.
Zhao Wei, prosecutor of the Fourth Procuratorate Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Wang Xixin, professor of Peking University Law School and executive director of Peking University Institute of Rule of Law and Development, Shi Yanan, professor of Renmin University of China Law School and director of the Research Center for Criminal Law Sciences, Lin Wei, professor and vice president of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Yang Jianyuan, partner of Beijing Haiwen Law Firm, and NieZhengjun, chief privacy officer of Ant Group and other experts and scholars attended this meeting.
General Secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on combating and managing telecom network fraud crimes, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the people as the center, comprehensively implementing measures to combat and prevent control, and resolutely curbing the trend of the proliferation and high incidence of telecom network fraud crimes.
