会议预告 | 世界人文社会科学高校联盟2020年“人工智能+”线上研讨会:AI与未来法治
时间:2020-11-16“世界人文社会科学高校联盟”(Social Sciences Universities Network ,SSUN)是中国人民大学与意大利路易斯大学共同发起成立的全球首个以人文社会科学为主要合作领域的大学联盟,旨在推动全球以人文、社会科学为优势的大学在人才培养、科学研究、学术创新、政策制定、文化传播等领域的交流合作,积极参与全球治理,提升政策影响力,成为全球人文社会科学高等教育的“领跑者”。联盟将致力于整合全球优质人文社科资源,塑造更公平公正的学科评价体系,提升人文社科高校的全球知名度与影响力,为发展和繁荣人文社会科学提供平台,是对已有世界大学联盟的重要补充。目前,联盟正式成员包括巴西圣保罗商业管理学院、德国慕尼黑大学、俄罗斯莫斯科国际关系学院、俄罗斯国家研究型高等经济大学、荷兰蒂尔堡大学、加纳大学、墨西哥学院、挪威商学院、南非斯坦陵布什大学、欧洲大学学院、土耳其考其大学、意大利路易斯大学、中国人民大学等。
联盟2020年会广泛邀请来自联盟内组织机构的专家学者,围绕“人工智能+”举办四场线上国际研讨,包括人工智能与大数据技术应用(11月11日)、人工智能与未来法治(11月18日)、人工智能与公共治理(11月25日)、人工智能与数字经济(12月2日)。
本场“人工智能与未来法治”研讨会由中国人民大学法学院、未来法治研究院协助承办。

参会专家:
张吉豫 | 博士,中国人民大学法学院副教授,未来法治研究院执行院长。2004年取得北京大学理学学士学位,计算机科学与技术专业、数学与应用数学双学位。2011年取得北京大学理学博士学位,计算机系统结构专业。2014年取得中国人民大学法学博士后,知识产权法方向。她的研究兴趣为:知识产权法,网络法,人工智能法律规制。
ZHANG Jiyu | Dr. ZHANG Jiyu is an associate professor of Law School of Renmin University of China, and the Executive Director of Law and Technology Institute of Renmin University of China. In 2004, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University, and double degrees in computer science and technology, mathematics and applied mathematics. In 2011, she obtained a doctor of Science degree from Peking University, majoring in computer system architecture. In 2014, she obtained a postdoctoral degree in law of Renmin University of China, and obtained the direction of intellectual property law. Her research interests are: intellectual property law, network law, artificial intelligence legal regulation.
程雷 | 法学博士,中国人民大学法学院副院长,教授。2001年毕业于中国人民公安大学法律系,获法学学士学位;2001-2007年就读于中国人民大学法学院,获法学硕士、博士学位;2007年9月至2009年8月在中国社会科学院法学所从事博士后科研工作。研究领域为刑事诉讼法学。
CHENG Lei | Prof. CHENG Lei is Doctor of law, Vice Dean of Law School of Renmin University of China. He graduated from the Law Department of Chinese People's Public Security University with a Bachelor's degree in law in 2001; he studied in the School of Law of Renmin University of China from 2001 to 2007 with a Master's degree and a Doctor’s degree in Criminal Procedure, the topic of PhD dissertation was Covert Investigation in China; from September 2007 to August 2009, he engaged in post doctoral research in the Law Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The research field is criminal procedure law.
Ivar Hartmann | PhD in Public Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Masters of Public Law from the PUC-RS and LL.M from the Harvard Law School. Associate Professor at the FGV DIREITO RIO Law School. Lectures Regulation Law for the Masters and the PhD programs. Coordenator of the Center of Technology and Society and of the Center of Juridical Data Science. His main research interests are virtual law, empirical research in law and constitutional law.
郭锐 | 中国人民大学法学院副教授,哈佛大学法学博士。郭锐博士是全国标准化委员会人工智能总体组社会伦理研究负责人,他参与了中国第一个以人工智能标准化为主题的白皮书的写作并撰写“安全、隐私和伦理”部分(《人工智能标准化白皮书(2018)》已于2018年发布),并主持撰写了国家标准委人工智能总体组《人工智能伦理风险研究》报告 (2019年5月发布)。郭锐博士的专著《人工智能的伦理和治理》受到社会好评。他担任国家信息标准化委员会人工智能专业委员会委员、界面交互专业委员会委员,并在未来论坛担任青年理事。
GUO Rui | Dr. GUO Rui is an Associate Professor at the Law School of Renmin University of China and he holds an S.J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He serves as a director of the China Securities Law Research Association, the director of the Center for Social Responsibility and Governance at the Institute of Law and Technology at Renmin University of China, and he is a fellow of the Harvard Law School Project on Disability. Dr. GUO Rui is the Lead Expert for the Research Group on Ethics of Artificial Intelligence of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group, Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China(SAC). He participated in the drafting of the first AI standardization white paper(published in 2018) and led the drafting of AI Ethical Risk Research Report (published in May 2019 by Artificial Intelligence Working Group, SAC). Dr. GUO Rui's monograph "Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence" has been well received by the academic community and the public. He serves as a member of the Sub-Committee of Artificial Intelligence and Sub-Committee of User Interface, National Standardization Committee of Information Technology. He is a member of the Youth Council of the Future Forum.
Daria Boklan | Professor Daria S. Boklan works at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) at International Public and Private Law Department, Faculty of Law and teaches environmental law, WTO law, law of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and general international law.
She is also a part time professor at Russian State University of Justice teaching WTO law.
Professor Boklan is an expert in WTO law, international environmental law and law of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) with a special focus on interaction of international trade law and international environmental law.
Professor Boklan was a member of the expert group, drafting the Treaty on Eurasian Economic Union (2013-2014).
Professor Boklan is a member of European Society of International Law (ESIL) and Russian Association of International Law.
Dr. Boklan has more than 50 scientific publications in general international law, international environmental law, law of the WTO and law of the Eurasian Economic Union in such journals as the Environmental Earth Sciences (Springer), The Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union (Eleven International Publishing), International Justice (Institute of Law and Public Policy), Moscow Journal of International Law, Eurasian Law Journal.
Teaching and scientific interests: international law, international environmental law, law of the WTO, law of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Fuad T. Aleskerov | Professor Fuad T. Aleskerov is Department Head and Professor at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) at Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Economic Sciences. And he is Director of International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis.
He received Degree in Mechanics at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1974. He was Candidate of Sciences(PhD) in Management in Social and Economic Systems at RAS Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences in 1981. He became Senior Research Fellow in 1987. In 1994, he received Doctor of Sciences in Management in Social and Economic Systems at RAS Institute of Control Sciences.
Olga Chetverikova | Dr Olga Chetverikova is Associate Professor at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) at School of International Law , Faculty of Law. Dr Olga Chetverikova has been at HSE University since 2020.
She received a BA degree in English at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in 2004. She received a Diploma in Simultaneous Interpreting at Moscow State Linguistic University in 2005. She received a MA degree in English at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in 2006. She received MAIT in Interpreting and Translating at University of Bradford in 2009. She received LLM in International Law with Distinction at Oxford Brookes University at School of Law in 2015. And she received PhD in Law at University of Manchester with her thesis <The Normative Applicability of Global Value Chains to the International Investment Law>.
