On the morning of April 17, 2026, the lecture "Unfair Competition Law in the Digital World: AI Challenges and Perspectives", hosted by Renmin University of China Law School and co-organized by the Intellectual Property Academy the Law and Technology Institute, and the Institute for AI Governance of Renmin University of China, was held at Renmin University of China. The lecture focused on new issues facing unfair competition law in the context of artificial intelligence and featured Professor Ansgar Ohly of the Faculty of Law, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, as the keynote speaker.
