THE THIRD GLOBAL FORUM ON THE RULE OF LAW & THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON THE FUTURE LAW AND DIGITAL LAW was successfully held on 17-18 December 2022, hosted by Renmin University of China, Cui Zhongxian Academic Institute and Jingdong Group, and organized by Renmin Law School, Renmin University Center for Asian Studies, Renmin Law and Technology Institute and Jingdong Law Institute. International Forum was successfully held. More than 50 experts and scholars from courts, academia and industry from home and abroad attended and spoke at the forum, which was watched online by tens of thousands of viewers.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Professor Wang Yi, Vice President of Renmin University of China and Director of the Renmin Law and Technology Institute, with opening speeches delivered by Professor Lin Shangli, President of Renmin University of China and Director of the Center for Asian Studies (delivered by Vice President Wang Yi), and Ms. Miao Xiaohong, Senior Executive Vice President of Jingdong Group. More than 50 experts and scholars from China, the United States, Germany, Israel and other countries participated in the "Theoretical Basis and Core Propositions of Digital Rule of Law", "Roundtable on Law Schools and Courts "Personal Information Protection and Data Factor Market", "Algorithms and Platform Governance", "Theory and Practice of Digital Rule of Law". "The closing session of the forum was chaired by Professor Ding Xiaodong, Professor of Renmin Law School and Vice President of the Renmin Law and Technology Institute, Mr. Hu Huangang, Vice President of Jingdong Group and Head of Legal Compliance and Intellectual Property, Mrs. Zhang Jiyu, Executive Director of the Renmin Law and Technology Institute, Renmin University of China, Prof. Wang Xu, Vice Dean of the Renmin Law School, and Prof. Shi Yanan, Director of the International Exchange Office and Deputy Director and Secretary General of the Asian Studies Centre of Renmin University of China, delivered the closing speeches.
