Professor Dr. Eric Hilgendorf, Faculty of Law, University of Wurzburg, Germany, shared the latest developments in the doctrine of negligence under the digital challenge with our professors and students in faculty of law, Renmin University of China. Professor Liu Renwen, Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Che Hao, Peking University Law School; Professor Liu Mingxiang, Feng Jun, Wang Ying, Chen Xuan and Associate Professor Li Lizhong, Renmin University of China Law School attended the meeting. Ole Engelhardt, Project Manager of Hans Seidel Foundation, delivered the lecture, while Liu Chang, a PhD student at Wurzburg University Law School, served as the interpreter. The lecture was chaired by Professor Shi Yan 'an of the Law School of Renmin University of China.
