引言：在互联网研究中，网络平台是最核心概念与最关键问题。对于兼具私法主体与公法主体的网络平台，法律应当如何界定其法律责任？对平台进行治理，传统法律是否需要做出调整？回答这些问题，需要对平台性质、平台责任与平台治理进行全面探讨，对相关理论与比较法经验进行深入研究。为此，人大未来法治研究院网络法读书会组织了平台责任与平台治理的读书会专题，将用十余期的专题读书会加深对于平台问题的认识。
