Abstract

An independent knowledge system serves as the fundamental underpinning for boosting national development, safeguarding ideological security, and fostering confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of China. Its core mission is to base itself on China’s practices, respond to the issues of the times, and interpret China’s path and summarize China’s experience through original theories. Against this backdrop, constructing an independent Chinese knowledge system of digital law constitutes a strategic initiative for the innovative development of legal studies in the new era, an inherent requirement for refining the independent knowledge system of philosophy and social sciences in China, and provides theoretical support for the development of digital rule of law. It bears profound theoretical, practical and contemporary value.
